Un-heard

There is a young man, who is half dead. But one day he realises how his ‘deaf ear’ is actually making him confuse about different sounds.

It all started when he was strolling on the terrace and he heard a distinct sound. The sound alarmed him at first. It sounded like an infant was screaming and crying for help.

He could not stop himself from rushing towards the sound. Much to his surprise the sound was actually of someone sowing the plywood.

He took a sigh of relief- hoping this to be the end of such conundrum.

Of course, he was wrong. There were many other sounds he heard. Such as:

• ·        Sound of sirens- Screaming women getting punched
• ·        Open Tap in Home- someone watering their plants
• ·        Angry rain- Bunch of rods being dragged on the ground
• ·        Wailing- someone unusually singing
